Refund policy
We do not offer returns or refunds on any purchases unless the item is defective or as required by applicable law.
Refunds for defective products are calculated based on the proportion of defective functionality relative to total functionality. For example, if one of eight sensors is defective, the refund will be 12.5% of the purchase price.
Customers must inspect products for defects within 7 days of delivery and submit a detailed description via our contact form if any issues are found. If a defect can be resolved with a firmware update, we may provide the update instead of a refund.
We may request the return of the product or a portion thereof for inspection, with return shipping costs borne by the Customer.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for products with mechanical damage.
